Palwal Court Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

For Stenographer Grade-III:

  • Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or equivalent from a recognized university.

For Clerk:

  • Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or equivalent.
  • Must have passed Matriculation with Hindi as one of the subjects.

Age Limit:

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 42 years

Age relaxation applicable for SC/BC/Reserved categories as per Haryana Government rules.

Palwal Court Stenographer and Clerk Salary 2026

The selected candidates for both the posts of Stenographer Grade-III (English) and Clerk (English) will get a fixed salary of Rs.25,500 per month. This salary will be paid on ad-hoc basis for a period of six months or till regular appointment by the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana, whichever is earlier.

Palwal Court Notification 2026 Application Process

Candidates have to submit their applications offline in the prescribed format. The application form should be written on white paper, affixed with a recent passport size photograph and should include complete details like name, father's/husband's name, date of birth, educational qualification, department (if applicable), mobile number and complete postal address. Applicants should attach self-attested copies of relevant certificates. If applying for both the posts, separate application forms should be submitted for each post. The Department of Women & Child Development, Puducherry has released a notification for the recruitment of 618 posts of Anganwadi Workers (344 posts) and Anganwadi  Helpers  (274 posts) under the Samshak Anganwadi and Poshan 2.0 project.
